After successfully parking, we faced a challenging uphill journey, culminating in breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, including a bear sighting. We ended our trip at McDonald Creek and Lake, appreciating the park’s unique beauty.

The drive offers stunning views, with several stops for photos and hikes. The park was busy, especially at popular spots, including Logan Pass and St. Mary Lake.
A Surprising Stop in Montana at Kootenai Falls
The journey from Spokane to Glacier National Park included a stop at Kootenai Falls, where stunning aqua-colored water and multiple waterfalls captivated us. We explored a swinging bridge before continuing to Kalispell, noted for its historic architecture and charming downtown.
